Our gamemodes are going to include
skyblock • factions • kitpvp • surprise adventure gamemode

Okay well don't expect to get Managers, Builders, and Developers, without any upfront payment. Getting a part in a server is great if that server is already running and is making profits, but no one will work for you if you have not made any money only the expectation that you will (Which is much harder to do than some may think).
