Loan Request Form

I think a Loan Request Form would be beneficial to prevent spammy type threads asking for loans. It would make the environment much cleaner.

To start, have a Loan Requests Subforum in which you shall post loan requests.
Then, you would have a form:

- How much of a loan do you need?
- How much will you return (total amount)
- Why do you need this loan? What is it being used for?
- Preferred payment processor
- Return date

A lot of people offering loans do similar formats, however personally I don't even think there should be a 'requesting' loan section. 99% of the time a user will link the person requesting a loan to someone who has a loan service already going. If the user asking for a loan spent 2 minutes looking at the offering section for loans, they wouldn't need to make a post about it at all
