I feel like Loans and Investments should be two different categories.

It would make loans more effective, along with investing in servers.

It's pretty annoying when loans keep getting bumped, not giving the necessary acknowledgment for server investments.

I don't really see a reason to separate them, I think there's equal demand for both of them and no significant reason to split them.
