Sheep I gotto say, you keep improving your build quality. I like this, however im doubing the size of the hub/spawn/building is 150x150? Looks more like 50x50 for the building and maybe 120x120 for the terrain. Nonetheless the BIN seems reasonable if it's based on the exterior and landscape. Not a great fan of the interior, but I think you wouldn't mind to provide a new interior if someone BINS it
