Premade builds are always worth a LOT less than custom-made ones, even if you ignore mcm lowballing. It's because you can never get exactly what you want. Which is why I sell non-exclusively almost every time, since people don't complain about prices at all unless you go over the top in them.

Meh, depends on the buyer more. But whether or not it's premade this guy wants the build for reselling it non-exclusively I suppose so that's aside.

We know that, the high price even thought it is pre-made exclusive does reflect the quality of this build.
And if people are not able to pay the price for the quality it is their loss. 50$ Seems like a good price like it.

However this always can be discussed.
