I tryed that and it didnt work? Should I change the IP it says in server.properties?
This is what it says

check if you have any instances of java or any program using the 25565 port
Could I just switch it? I dont think I have anything else running it
try switching the port if it says that, if not restart your PC
I switched it and nothing, If im playing another game whould that be using the port? for example fortnite
If you have port forward your ip, you put the IPV4 address in the server ip bit in server config. However, If you haven't port forward, check the port to see if it's 25565, if it's not change it. If that doesn't work, delete the whole server.properties file and connect with localhost:25565 or localhost if you only have one started.
