'Local Time' section on profile

I think there should be a section on your profile which shows a user's local time. This way we know if it's like 2AM for them or not. Would be useful.

I suggested this some time ago, back then it got rejected for the reason "invasion of privacy", hopefully this gets added this time

I see why this was suggested and personally I think this would be very useful but if it's too resource intensive I wouldn't even bother getting it added. If you don't get a response in your PM's then you should get the message that they're not on or they simply don't want to respond to you.

I'm guessing if this were to be added, it would have to have an option to be toggled on and off.
