LocalHost crash

When I try to start my localhost the command prompt opens than closes. There server also does not start.

Whats inside it?

This has worked until recently. No changes.

Instead of opening a bat file, open a cmd prompt there and use the cmd in the batch file

Kind of hard to do, probably a better way but I use lightshot screenshot tool, and click prnt screen right as I open the console and you can see the error message. Its probably some plugin error, or java isnt installed correctly.
