Hello, I am currently trying to learn minecraft bukkit coding. In order to test my plugins I'd like to use localhost so I'm not waiting an hour to start a server or paying for one. I have all the correct files needed in my server folder (https://gyazo.com/6a823f98539814f3c62bc55c8c1a7c69) but when I run the server /pl or /plugins is not a command, and if I do put a plugin in the plugins folder it does not work.
