Lock banned members threads.

I think only sales threads should be locked. There's no point locking General Discussion threads and ending the conversation for anyone else.

Only in certain sections, though (imo, I'd say sales threads, contests/giveaways, etc.) Threads like suggestions are often made by members that get banned, and if the thread is locked upon ban, no one can give their opinion on a suggestion that may be very good.

This has been suggested and denied in the past. Banned user threads can still be relevant in the future for users, especially ones in discussion forums. This seems like unnecessary custom development with very little benefit in my opinion.
