Lock banned user's threads

So I was thinking of an idea when I saw a post by Fireast selling an account, that was a couple months ago, and when it got necroposted and saw that he was banned. I got confused, because it was in the new section because of some user that was new to the site necroposting. and well I thought of this idea. To lock all banned user's threads. If they are banned for compromised account however, their thread's will not be locked. I think this would be a really good idea to end some confusion through out the forums.

Just because there is one (or a few) instances of occasional confused users replying to threads they shouldn't, doesn't mean we should lock all of the threads.

Many banned users threads are still relevant, such as discussions or suggestions.
