Locked Mojang Account

Okay so my friend was the original owner of an account he sold the account and the idiot he sold it too emailed mojang asking if it was okay to re-sell the account and they locked it and refuse to change the status of the account. I got given all of the original info, TID, everything to prove ownership of the account but after I contacted mojang they said they have reason to believe it was being re-sold so they won't do anything. What can my friend do to get the account unlocked?

It isn't letting me edit the title, but I meant to put Locked Minecraft Account ._.

You can edit the thread by hitting "Thread Tools" and hit edit thread.

You can have your friend contact mojang and tell them it was a confiscated account I guess and see if they believe it

The only thing you can do in this section is add a poll by going to the thread tools bit.

My friend just pm'd me saying they unblocked it, no idea what helped them change their mind for thanks for the help

Do you know how I can report usernames to Mojang? Do I email or do they have a ticket support ?
