Lockette 'key' plugin

Hello all,

I'm looking for a plugin that allows players to receive 'keys' that will open a chest that hasn't been accessed for a certain period of time. The locking of the chests are by the plugin "Lockette", which is a Spigot/Bukkit plugin.

If anyone thinks they can create a plugin for this, let me know. As always, payment will be based on how complicated the plugin is. The plugin must be solely created just for my use. Distributing the plugin is not allowed.
