Vouch - User is brilliant at GFX. He created me a animated thread design which looked beautiful and will hopefully pick-up sales for my potential customers. He created the thread design within the time I gave him and kept on asking for suggestions on how I wanted it!. I would highly recommend purchasing from this user if you want your sales to increase and for your company/service to look more professional!

By ordering from Lodus Designs you agree to accept and abide by the following terms
1. Payments are final, Lodus Designs do not offer refunds of any kind after the final purchase has been made as Lodus Designs can't prove you don't still have the file. Refunds will only be given on special occasions.
2. Forced refunds such as chargebacks, disputes, or claims are completely prohibited! You will not reverse, dispute, or chargeback any payment made to Lodus Designs after receiving your file!
3. You are not allowed to and will not resell, or claim this work as your own without Lodus Designs's consent/permission. You may use the final product for whatever you'd like without giving credit to Lodus Designs, as long as you don't violate the above statement.
4. Lodus Designs does not include the original raw file (.psd) with the purchase of an item!
5. Lodus Designs retain the right to deny/cancel any purchase/request. In this case, you will receive a full refund if payment was made.
6. Lodus Designs is not responsible for storing your item, a time will be given until Lodus Designs removes the download link! As Lodus Designs try to keep all the files, they may sometimes get deleted. If this happens, Lodus Designs is not responsible for lost work!
7. Lodus Designs offer minor changes after the work is completed, however Lodus Designs do not provide major changes after the work is completed. Major changes will be charged with an additional fee.
8. Down Payments/Deposits are non-refundable! In other terms, If you do not like what you asked for or don't want it anymore you will not receive a refund after Lodus Designs has presented you with the completed work! On Special occasions, a full refund will be provided.
9. You understand that these terms are subject to change with or without notice.
10. All payments are to be made through PayPal (Friends & Family)!
11. We retain the right to show/demonstrate your item for business purposes such as examples, use in our portfolio's, etc.
12. If the purchase "falls through" as in the client isn't interested anymore after the work has started, etc., LodusDesigns gets to keep the first 50% initial deposit.
