The melody and overall idea of the song is nice, i just don't like how the hi-hats and kicks are off beat with the melody, maybe slow the BPM and keep the melody the same speed?

For your first song, it's pretty good. I liked the intro, and maybe it could have been broken up throughout the song. It was a good choice and the music complimented the meaning of it. There wasn't much bass (imo soothing bass makes lofi really nice). Now into the first beat, it was nice. There was nothing wrong with it; the rain sounds were nice and the snapping was also perfect. Once the synthesizer hit, everything felt awkward. The beat timing felt misaligned and off-pitch, coming in at the wrong places. Something at a better chord and a more smooth timing would make it more bearable. While it was a pretty simple song, it overall was pretty decent. There could be more complexity to it so it isn't the same thing over and over again. I am really excited to hear more of your music!

Haha, there are no lyrics aside from the quote I put in it. But some people can sense emotions and meanings from music which is what they’ve done.

While some people like the unsynced melodies, i prefer to have them synced a bit more. this one was on autoplay after yours and i honestly like it very hard!

Maybe you could try to take everyone's feedback in consideration to remake your current song? i'd love to hear the difference

Thanks for the feedback! As much as I’d love to remake this one I’m not entirely sure if I can bring as I can’t afford the full version so I can’t save my projects and can therefore emerge re-open them.
