Logo Text Add-On Needed

So I just ordered this logo from this guy on Discord. He provided me with a good graphic, but it looks like he used something like paint.net for the text. I'd like something like https://veltpvp.com 's logo. I just need the text on the outside of the logo. Here is a picture of the current logo I was sent:

Just noting, he said the logo is exclusive, and is my logo. He just couldn't complete the text for whatever reason.

I'd like the text "DungeonPvP" at the bottom, maybe separated by the "collar" of the skeleton. This would be located in a rounded-rectangle shape, outlined with the RGB/HEX of the outline of the skeleton; color filled with black, text color can be white. I just want it to look good :/. It'd be awesome if you could change the final image's background transparent.


I can pay for this with money, but I don't want to spend anything extensive, because the logo is already made, and I just need text.
or... I can offer some configs for this.

Considering a simple google search of the image brings up many people using it for various reasons... seems like it's not exactly "Exclusive"

He charged $3, but my main concern is that he doesn't do this to other users. I do services on here earning the money I have, so it's just taking my time and throwing it away, and I don't want that happening to other users.

Honestly you could've expected to be scammed for such a price. $3 is an extremely low price for a logo like that.. if something looks too good to be true it probably is, especially on the internet.

If I could, I'd do this for you for free, but my skills are not this good yet. If you are looking for someone I can give it a shot. Text shouldn't be a problem, just the logo.
