Completely understand what you're saying! Personally, from speaking to a bunch of graphics designers, they find it extremely hard to find clients. If we form a team, the different types of graphics we can make will show clients we know what we're doing and can basically make / create whatever they want. But to answer your question, it's because its a struggle getting clients when there are so many designers out there, with a team, you get more recognition because theres more people advertising one group.
