I have worked for decent servers (100+players minimum | Biggest 200+) I have worked in a lot of roles, staff manager, community manager, I.T, developer, admin and I even owned my own server at one time. Most servers appreciate my experience and professionalism. One of my best attributes is how active I am, i'm not only active in-game but also on the forums, discord, etc.

Yes, I did do that, you know why. I was sick of Oxyrise, I was staff manager and didn't even have a choice of who got demoted or promoted, A guy called estoy got demoted nobody even asked me. I have worked for a lot of servers I have never abused, but Oxyrise I gave up and made other players happy, and pissed of the owner, you may think it's childish but he does it for the money, the owner used to beg legit BEG me to donate. This is 100% true! All he does is do it for the money. The owner has scammed his spawn etc. He was a great staff member on oxy, just no one noticed him and gave him respect.

He made a mistake? Do you call spawning in stacks of spawners,keys world editing bases a "mistake"? And GTAV respected tom and offered him this position trusting him and never ignored him and always did whatever Tom wanted, And what does Tom do? What was going on in the staff team LOL! I was notified actually, my friends who where staff kept me updated. What recognition did Tom get? None! And he didnt spawn in spawners or world edit a base what a lie. He gave a user P5, wow such a big deal.

Tom was a great help too the server and was a great staff. The reason he abused was because of the poor treatment he was receiving. I noticed aswell when this was happening on the server.

If you're treated poorly, you resign. There is no excuse for abuse.
