Advice no one is going to join a discord to see portfolio or book a designer. I also suggest not to copy and paste messages to make the customer feel welcome.

why not? we offer a service with qualified professionals and we do have many clients. If he wants to see a portfolio he has to order and we get him all our team portfolios if its needed.
Why would I not copy paste the message if its the same thing I'm offering every time.
