I’ll just get straight to the point. I love staffing on servers, just due to the fact that I love to help. However, I feel that my skills are best utilized at a higher position such as Lead Administrator, Manager, Head Manger, the such. I specialize in management, but I can do much more if needed by the server or the team. I’ve had experience managing servers for 3 years now, most of which were small servers starting up. I made the decision to work for smaller servers because I know that every server has potential, and I felt that my skill set would be most helpful there. However, now that I’ve gained experience and skill, I’d like to start working on bigger servers. I'd like these servers to have the potential to or already do have at least 200 concurrent players, and be able to pay a decent sum of money either weekly or monthly. Thanks for the suggestion, but I’ve only worked on small servers to help them get started, so I don’t really have a list that anyone will recognize. However, I’m currently admin on a server that, once setup, will buy the top advertisement spot, so it will probably get 200-400 players. If you’d like more info on that, DM me.

Not here to offend but an advertisement spot will not get 200-400 players online concurrently on any site.
