I am a representative and the Community Manager of the Symplex Network.
On behalf of the Owner, GToTheG, I would like to request a full long-term paid development team.
Why do we require a development team?
The Symplex Network is still in its pre-release stages.
We need a development team in order to run through this process and provide us with plugins, bug-fixing and content creation based on the assignments that we, (the leadership team,) give to you.
What's in it for you?
We can offer full payment after the assignment is fully completed and operational. As part of our Terms of Service, we will not provide anything until the assignments is tested by the management and is seen as fully operational and fit for purpose.
Our payment varies on the complexity, difficulty and size of the assignment.

What are the required qualifications?
To become a member of our development team, you will require:
- 1+ year(s) experience programming in the Java language.
- 1+ years(s) generally programming Spigot/Bukkit plugins.
- Proof of the experience stated above (in the form of a plugin.)
- Discord communications application (https://discordapp.com.)
- A functional microphone and a willingness to use it.
- 3+ previous experience on servers (with evidence) as a developer.
- Ability to re-configure a plugin in an advanced manner
If for some reason, you need an exception made, contact the network owner at GToTheG#0001, or myself at Infinitix#0986. Generally, no exceptions will be made, in most cases.
NOTE: We do not have an age minimum, however, we will most likely not accept members we do not think is at a mature-enough age to become a network developer. This is proven by voice interview and sometimes by other means.
What are our Terms of Service?
- To become a member of the Development Team, you must meet all of the requirements specifically as stated there.
- All assignments will be fully paid for ONLY after the it has been tested and is recognized as functional and fit-for-purpose. 50% will be paid before.
- Selling our privately-made plugins will result in an INSTANT demotion and permanent blacklist from the network. This is a direct violation of our Terms of Service.
- Leaking any compromising information (e.g. Saying our next major plan for the network) is not allowed in any way and is punishable dependent on if its accidental or purposeful, and its severity.
- Making a bad image, publicly or privately, to anyone, about the Symplex Network, its staff members, leadership, management, the owner himself, etc., in any way possible that may misrepresent the server.
- If the plugin, does not fit the EXACT description we requested, we will not pay you the originally planned price.
