Hello fellow Mc-Market Playas, I am TK.

I have been in the Minecraft scene since almost when it first came out. I have enjoyed the game since a kid to as of today and further. I have tried to open my own server multiple times when HCF and practice was still a thing, now idk if it’s meta or not. Despite how shit some of these servers nowadays I’m looking for make my own Practice server (1.7-1.8 obviously).

Now this project is gonna be seriously long term, I’m talking 6-12 months maybe more. This includes lots of hard work, dedication, sleepless nights, contract, and money as well.

Requirements:
- 1.5+ Years of Java Experience
- Prior Development experience in practice and or HCF servers
- Very high proficiency with the Bukkit/Spigot API, backed by demonstrable code
- Good knowledge of the non-API portions of Minecraft development (NMS, packet handling, client version handling, etc)
- Good knowledge of SQL and how to create and use efficient database structures
- Experienced with the use of Git and Maven
- Ability to work consistent hours (minimum 20h/week) and looking for a long-term commitment
- Ability to communicate every day, as well as communicate effectively
- Have to be able to work with a team and read a room correctly.

A lot of the servers nowadays are made because they either want money or they’re trying to one up other servers, I am not like that. I truly want to build one of the best of the best Practice server that’s gonna be alive today because I truly love PvP and I’ve been into HCF and soupPvP for a long time, I even played Kohi and McPvP in their prime. It’s 2020 and a lot of these servers are meta like hypixel, mineplex, etc but I want to build something different.

I have the exposure connections so getting players will be hit or miss depending how much these you tubers want to scam cuz they’re fiends for money.
