Hello Ice here,

I am looking for a partner here. I have a great game mode in mind, that I can share a summary of. I already have thought of an idea, with an in depth description, donation ranks, and perks. Just not to share it here. I am looking for someone that has funds of course. I am willing to pay, if you are too. We will do both things at a steady rate, as I am off school. I am 18 years old, turning 19 this December. We will work at an organized manner, and still work at an efficient rate. I have goals in life. This can be one, if you make it.

Requirements:

  1. Be at an age of 15 years or older.
  2. Calculated costs is around 1,000 US Dollars, be able to provide at least half of the funds, as I will be paying half as well
  3. Be able to invest not just money, but time as well.
  4. Be able to compromise.
  5. Important: Be able to contribute something other than money and time, such as graphical design, developing, and such.

Summary

Corex is a new and unique gamemode that incorporates pvp, raiding, and teamwork all in one. The goal of the server is to become the strongest player or team by destroying other player’s cores. Every player can join a team, create a team, or play by himself. Each player must have a core, otherwise they cannot claim land.


The first step to claiming land is to set your core with a specific command (/core set). Once the command is executed, an item will spawn where the player was standing when the command was executed. Now that the player has placed the core, he can claim land. Placing the core automatically creates claimed land for the player. Cores have levels, starting at 1 and going up to 50. In order to be able to claim more land, you must level up your core. For a player to do this, the player must gain crowns by destroying other cores, pvping, finding crowns when mining or buying crowns via donation.


There is also an economy system in place to buy items. The currency would be coins; they can be spent on in game items, paying people to do things for you, and buying protection for your base. You can purchase guardians for your core. They stand right next to your core and attack anyone that is near your core that is not in your team. Guardians can be bought with in game coins for a certain amount of hours with 6 being maximum. They can also be purchased via donation permanently for real money.

What happened was that I joined with everyone, Which Karim invited me to join. Karim was very unpleasant to work with while we were starting the idea "Corex". He first said he was 22, then later 19, then later 18. Red flag. He admitted that someone chargebacked for doing intros and the buyer said he was fraud. Red flag. He told us that he was making very sold income, but then later admitted that he wasn't making near as close as what he said.

He was also very demanding. So, Yidas and I decided to leave him, which was very unfortunate. We were very professional about it, and told him the honest truth. He later deleted everything in our document that we had diligently worked on, which was nicely restored.

95% of the ideas were thought of by Yidas. He wouldn't leave us alone, so I threatened I had "access" to his computer. I regret doing this, as it was not helpful at all to the situation. About an hour later, I confessed that it wasn't true. I am extremely sorry about that.

So by this, I kindly say that this idea was not his, although he helped a small bit with the brainstorming part. I hope to not cause a flame war, but we're pursuing the idea as well.
