Long term Youtubers [Dedicated] / Advertising Manager

Note: I am looking for all languages. We arent just to be English, but as global as possible. I don't want just a American playerbase. I want the server to have players from Whole different timezones. I have a plugin that translates what players say in chat to their native minecraft language. The website will also have the option as well. Multi culturalism is what i desire.

Youtubers: 20k and up are reccomended. And views per vid are required to be 20% or more of the amount of max subs you have.

The Role and What to Expect

• Help advertise the server to grow a player base.
• Help make decisions related to finances.
• Help create connections between You and the server.
• Help manage the server money when it comes to a budget dedicated to advertising.

Requirements

• Has previously owned a server, been a part of a marketing/advertising team, or is a long time player who has dedication or experience with youtube
  
• Has decent experience with making decisions with OTHER people.
• Willing to work about 4 hours a week and sometimes more or less depending on the server status.
• Has Skype or Steam
• Is above the age of 13. (Though, i would recommend that you were 18+ Because age related maturity can't be faked...)
  
• Has PayPal and knows EVERYTHING about how it works.

The Server and Why

• The server is currently not original, but has a order which is original. Example - We don't mess with the EULA, and remain 1.10 with a efficient method that uses points [And not the way that messed with the EULA in the past either.]
  
• Minigames, Towny/Factions, Skyblock, Non-Op Prison, Creative IP: Play.LoreCase.org
• Custom Gamemode never seen before is coming soon. Imagine Fallout 3 and Minez, Clash of clans and finally Civilization 3 mixed into minecraft. And its not a minigame. Yep, its expensive.
  
• Currently, I have plans to put things into action next month. The Server is playable but the website will take 3 more weeks to complete.

Payment and Contact Info

• The payment will differ depending on who applies and what they do. The payment can be around $10 - $1000, but can easily be more or less then that. We will discuss payment more over Skype though. In the long term, i would pay percentages of what we gain depending on if you are dedicated to us or not.

Unfortunately I haven't actually owned a server however ive written successful marketing/business plans for small game developers and lead the marketing division within said developers.
