Long tern developer needed! (Not paid)

I am looking for a few long term developers to help my server minetab. Unfortunately, you won't be paid as we don't have enough funds to pay you at this moment in time however, As we grow and funds start to come in, We will talk about maybe paying. I would like 2 people with at least a year of experience and knows the basics of coding. You can't be new to developing and must have past experience with working on other servers. bro you cant ask someone to be experienced and and have experience with servers if you wont pay at all.
first of all you cant guarantee your server will succeed, and lets be honest it probably wont, further more you said even if you get money you will discuss about "maybe paying", no one will waste their time doing it.
