There is a typo but other than that good job. Combine —> Combined

Unless I'm mistaken I think he meant to do this as he typed it in the present tense instead of past tense so the message says you combine them because that means you fulfill an act at the time the message is sent instead of 'combined' which would mean that he has already done it. ANYWAYS, both are correct.
