I'd recommend adding much more detail to this thread. If you're hiring another owner, they are expected to have a stake in the server. You should list information such as:

• Current community (assuming discord since the server is 75% complete).
• Percentage split, 50/50?
• Expected revenue.
• Marketing strategies.

I don't believe anyone will actually take this on, who's worth their two cents, without a lot more information. Good luck though!
