Looking FACTIONS youtubers!

Hello, I am making this post because I have a new custom minecraft factions server that I would like to grow. We have several custom plugins to allow players to have fun and stay having fun on the server at all times.
What we are looking for:
We are looking for any size youtubers (preferably 1000+ subs to be paid)
Payments
1000 - 2500 subscribers - $10 to $15 for a couples of uploads with quality content.
5k+ subscribers - $20 to $30 for a series that we intend and then for you to be making 1 to 2 uploads a week plus being able to host giveaways often through your channel.
15k+ - $100 or more for quite a bit of uploads and being able to host giveaways often through your channel.

Both of these are underpriced. To give you an estimate I've contacted 3 YouTubers 15k+ and for a 5 episode series with around 3k-4k views a video was $300-500.
