Hello, MC-Market I'm looking for someone to code me a small custom Enchant plugin for my privet SMP server.

The idea of the enchant:

The way I want this to work is it gets added to a helmet (Any Helmet in Minecraft) then when they put the helmet on it makes all mobs around them glow but only the person with the helmet on with the Enchant added to it can see the mobs glowing then when they take the helmet off it stops them from glowing. I also want to where it shows Players as white Nun hostile mobs showing as green and Hostile mobs showing as red.
