Many companies register in foreign countries, the most popular is England and Wales. It's purely just for show and has no trust linked to it. You can just end the company at any time and probably not get sued. They also don't collect taxes until you make a good amount of revenue.

I'm planning on registering in the United States by the end of the year. Stable economy, probably won't get blown up any time soon, covers most of my clients, and many more benefits for the consumer.

Here in the UK you pay tax no matter what you earn, so I think you got your VAT & TAX mixed up; as you pay VAT when you have an income of £87K (Roughly speaking). So actually it has a lot of trust and you can also go to jail for both of what you just said was 'okay'.

Meaning a ton of people on this forum would be in jail right now. We're on a Minecraft forum for a reason. You and everyone else probably don't put how much $ you earned from MC-Market on your tax return, so you'd also be in jail.

You and everyone else probably don't put how much $ you earned from MC-Market on your tax return, so you'd also be in jail.

Many of us don't break rules that we can't avoid breaking, this forum is built for entrepreneurs to grow. If one were to break rules and scam, they'd probably not be alive anymore.
