Looking for 2 long-term builders/staff for new server [Paid]

About Me
I have previously made a few servers back between 2014-2016, the most recent being moderately successful. After being out of the server business for a while, I decided to get back into it. My developer and I have been working to create an entirely new type of server, and we are very happy with how progress is going.
What I'm Looking For
I am looking for TWO people who have experience with building and can finish someone else's work without undoing what has already been finished. In addition, I want people who are also willing to serve as server staff upon release of the server. This can be in-game such as taking up Mod or Admin duties, or even doing work in remote server hosting or art asset creation. This is a long term position, so I need someone who plans on sticking around. (tl;dr: I want a builder who is also able to do other server-related work in the long-term)
What I'm Offering
I am willing to pay upfront for initial building work. Upon release of the server, I am willing to offer either 1) a % of profits made on the server or, 2) a monthly rate, for continued involvement in the server. Rates can be negotiated.
