Looking for 2 plugins!

Currently looking for two plugins for my server:
One that disables the following items from being picked up from the ground:
- Leather armor (Helmet, body, legs, boots)
- Arrows
- Bread

The second plugin needs to disable any possibility of someone acquiring unbreaking enchantment.
So no one on the server should ever get unbreaking enchantment from the enchantment table.

Lmk if this plugins exist. If not im willing to pay someone to make them!
