I've made many on YouTube, I'm actually doing one right now that will be on multiple platforms called "NowNomads". In total it costs about $10 a month, I'd be glad to help you set one up but if I have to do any of the art or music programming I'd have to charge a bit. Nova#3012

Im good with the art etc. The only thing I always failed in is keeping it online

Use a Windows VPS and install OBS with it, make sure to use the best CPU for the encoder if you're going to stream music streams or whatever.
