I agree, then again with a playerbase that's pretty big like his, you need that sort of quality

Any server truly looking to succeed should be looking for the best builds. I and Charlie have no player base yet still go for the BEST build

Yes, I have no problem with his requirements of quality. That's completely up to him, and for $80 he's perfectly entitled to ask for it. I'm just stating that its unlikely someone happens to have a premade spawn of high enough quality for that money. Though I do remember there being a very, VERY good build that still hasn't made a sale. Its made as spawn though, not as hub.
I'll look it up.
