Looking for a 49% partner to help build server into a community.

I've been working on a server for a while but getting people without buying expensive org spots is impossible.

Need a partner experienced in building up a server with people.

What I have:
32gb OVH rack server with windows
spigot latest and want to always keep latest server as new servers come out.
mostly build RPG prison hybrid server with all custom builds and some custom plugins.

what I can do:
$50 usd monthly and I can keep buying the rack space aswell.

What I need:
if I put in $50/monthly I would need the same but I also need help organizing and getting a community built.

To all that are interested I have no desire to merge my server into a bungee setting nor partner with someone who already has a big project on the go. Just looking for someone who wants to work on one project my desire is to have a mass RPG server based off of a prison server. I want a main island and would branch off into multiple islands with different things but main economy is mining and PvP. You would need to check the server out itself to see if it's for you though.

Oh sorry $100* a month, even worse. Don't worry I'm not criticizing you but I do suggest downgrading to something on OVH that's more affordable for a server starting out.

Edit: Hell, I'll even configure a Linux VPS or Dedicated Server for you so you don't have to pay extra for Windows.

When you build something, an idea from scratch and have high hopes for it. you don't just give it away like you just don't care. And I'm flexible on ideas and changes, it's just I want to be in most of the control but I'm fair and honest but trust is earned so I myself have to trust the person that is chosen as they need my trust aswell.
