I have been playing Minecraft since October of 2013, I have a lot of experience in managing and moderating servers, I do have my negatives and positives but I will stay professional at all times no matter what. The reason you should hire me to be an admin is because I have a lot of experience and I love to share and explain my ideas to other communities, I can also be quiet when needed as I know confidentiality is needed and has to be in its position especially for the larger communities, the largest community I've ever moderated for has over 40 players a day.
