Looking for a Advertising Manager for a network (Factions, SkyBlock & Prisons)

We are looking for a Advertising Manager to handle all marketing activities for our server. Especially getting Faction Leaders for the server for the Factions release.
Right now we run a 1.8 factions server with many custom features, and we're seeking someone who can help grow our community, increase player engagement, and promote our awesome features.
