Looking for a ban plugin

Hi, I'm looking for a plugin that allows you to ban users and have it listed on a website, I don't really have anything to pay for this so I am looking for a free plugin.

As said above LiteBans is really good and can be displayed on a website, but that is premium. You can get BanManager which is free and shows on a website, I personally prefer the way that the web version of litebans looks though over ban manager.
