So agreeing to pay means telling me to wait several hours for a "Friend" to pay me and then proceeding to delete me off skype?

As an outsider, this seems like a very sketchy build order. $15 for a build team is very low, even for a 75 x 75 build. Most times having a "friend" pay for the product is very sketchy and would require upfront payment. Also, deleting someone from Skype after that is not helping your case.
