Looking for a Bukkit/Minecraft Plugin Developer to Teach Me

I will pay someone who can properly teach me around $5-7.50 per hour.

• I know basic java and understand some of the language
• I know how to code a decent amount of HTML (although it doesn't really matter)
• have skype and a working mic for easy communication and can download other programs
• I have Eclipse setup and working along with a minecraft test server

I will be paying either per hour or by lesson if I feel the lesson is worth the money and has taught me useful information. Please make sure if you wish to apply to teach me you have enough experience and can explain well enough to teach a beginner. Im looking to understand the code not simply copy and paste or type a bunch of words that mean nothing to me. Those applying should at least have a few months experience and have developed multiple complex plugins.
