Looking for a Business Partner (Server)

My Background:
I have owned a server called Sorx Labs for around a year now, lets just say its been in and out of development more times than I can think. A few months ago I decided to completely reset the entire thing and make a Sorx Labs 2.0! The servers files are about 80% complete. The only problem that I've been having is finding a host that is both cheap and has an decent control panel.
About the Server:
The server will be releasing with a Creative Plots Server, SkyBlock, and KitPvP. The server was sponsored by Xenon Hosting, but the sponsorship has recently came to an end and the server is now completely offline.
Requirements/Requests:
If you would like to become a potential owner of Sorx Labs, you must have the following requirements.

• You must have owned/managed a server for more 3 months
• You must have a lot of time that you can invest into the server
• You must assist me with investing money into the server
• You must have a positive reputation

I meant in general, if someone is notorious for doing the wrong thing I don’t really want them to partner with me.
