Looking for a cheap/free video editor

I am a video editor but don't have the time to edit videos for myself since I edit for clients and have other projects I do, this is why I am not active on YouTube so atm I am looking for someone to edit this video I just recorded, have around 1 hour of footage I need cut down to around 20-25 minutes, I am looking for someone who can do this for a VC and I might throw in $5 for the work depending on how I like it.
