Looking for a cheap & powerful host

Hello,
I'm looking for a cheap and powerful host for my network, FrozenPvP. While we'll most likely be developing the network on cheaper, shared hosting, I need a powerful dedicated server/VPS. We will feature KitPvP and HCF, gamemodes requiring decent performance, and we are also looking to include an MMORPG survival gamemode. This will require multiple servers, for the main hub, separate areas, boss fights, etc. For Survival, we would like to have at least 2 different servers. with the first server featuring the main overworld, nether, and end content, and the server being for mob fights (a labyrinth area of sorts with mob-fighting dungeons, team boss fights, solo bosses, etc.)
All in all, here's the rough estimate of RAM we need for the server:

• Proxy: 1GB
• Main Hub: 3GB
• KitPvP: 6GB
• HCF: 7GB
• Survival-Main: 8GB
• Survival-Secondary: 5GB

In total: roughly 30 GB
The thing is, I can't really afford a standard 30GB dedicated server. I might be able to, but likely not. If there are any companies willing to give us a discount in exchange for sponsoring you (all players will be told about you upon logging in) then please contact me, or if you have a relatively cheap price with good hardware then also contact me.

Pebble imo. Their introduction of subservers is neat.

Otherwise, if you really need to be at such a scale, get a dedicated SA and rent from OVH or something.
