Looking for a cheap spigot fork

I need a 1.8.8/1.8.9 spigot fork, something cheap with just knockback settings and maybe tps and overall simple optimizations. Better hit detection and overall simple things that you would find in an optimized spigot jar.

$30 is a bit much for a jar that I’m looking for. I don’t need fancy cannons and such just simple knocback and hit detection with performance fixed.
