Looking for a Clans/Guilds Plugin

I am looking for a Clans/Guilds Plugin that is able to do stuff like:


Basics:

• Creating Clans
• Deleting Clans
• Renaming Clans
• Toggleable Clan Chat
• Ally other Clans
• Ally Chat
• Invite/Kick Players & Leave Clan
• Clan Place Holder (A placeholder that just shows the name of your clan)

Wars:
Basically the idea is you can request a war against another Clan, and if they accept you'll be in the war.
A war would work like this: First Clan to a certain amount of kills wins the war. (Which the sender can choose)

That's basically it, as well as some Admin commands to forcefully delete clans and stop wars etc.
