Looking for a CM/Head Admin.

Hello, I have a server near completion. Right now what I need is a Head Admin or Community Manager that is willing to help and get the job done. My last one was honestly lazy, unmotivated, and unconcerned about the server. I want someone who is caring and has knowledge with plugins like pex, litebans, and Factions. Until the server is on it's feet, the position will be considered as volunteer, and unpaid. However after the server is paying itself and you can afford to be paid, whoever's hired will be given a paycheck upfront for their previous help, and a biweekly or monthly paycheck.

What I am looking for is the same as I stated before. Someone who actually cares, and is willing to go to whatever lengths to help with completing tasks. If you apply, you'll NEED to have an at least basic understanding of the plugins listed before. Whether or not you will obtain any sort of console access at one point contains strictly on trust. If you read this put the phrase "I understand the requirements" in your application, in bold.
Not having that will show to me that you don't care, and will result in getting denied. No matter the circumstance.

Until the server is officially on it's feet and paying for itself; which hopefully it will right off the bat. Until then it'll be free. However after it's a volunteer job, I will pay for the services then pay a monthly or biweekly for the position. Thank you for bringing that up. I forgot to add that in there!

Hey, before I'd jump to conclusions and say "oh I'm interested." Would you mind going into some depth about your server?

I'm asking this of you purely, to not waste anyone's time. As most responsible people should, and would ask for details before diving head first into something that they might not be suitable for.
