Looking for a Co-Owner! [25+ playerbase]

Hello guys, I'm monz, I will be buying a server tommorow that has an active playerbase between 20-40 players. I won't be giving the name of the server just yet, for personal reasons, I will however give the name to the person who I am potentially recruiting.

This individual must be a professional and know about servers from inside out, from start top finish. I'm looking for a long-term friend/partner to help me to this. I live in London, UK and preferably looking for someone with a similar timezone. As a return you will be receiving 50% of the donations, however this is only once I have broke even and once the fixed costs are covered.

I am looking for someone who can help fund the server, anyone with a budget between $200-$500+. Not going to lie, there's a lot of things that I want to fix on the server so you must have a lot of knowledge, don't get me wrong I know a lot about servers however I'm not the best, I am looking for someone to also teach me so I can run the server too.

I will be taking interviews this whole week. I will also need some sort of collateral as obviously you could be potentially breaking a server worth over $3000. We had a peak of 107 players last week but we steadily went down to 20-40 for a few days.

I am also planning on buying a minecraftservers.org slot so the co-owner must be willing to pay half of it. I know this is EXTREMELY brief, I didn't know I wanted the server till about an hour ago lol. I am willing to explain everything

is clearly not ready to be a server owner. Takes a bit more planning than an hour.

Doing something like this without alerting server community may result in some sort of backlash. It's not overnight you bring in someone who would play such a large role.

When you get some experience from creating your own server, watch tutorials on how-to, or some admin experience with servers, you will be ready for a network that will potentially be big, as stated in the post. I'm willing to teach you, but not applying. The reason why I'm saying this is that if you don't know how to staff servers and/or just letting the co-owner do it, the network wouldn't go far. Both of you need to know where to spend your money on (most servers are shut down because of this) and you need experiences and be active. Hope this helps.
