Hi there. I find myself seeking a knowledgeable partner for my current project to help with the server and someone to bounce ideas off of. This is primarily a passion project but it does have the potential to make profits. Target groups have agreed the ideas for the server have good potential if executed correctly. Currently it's just myself and a few staff members/moderators and a couple advisors. I have had interest from investors to become my co-owner but none of them are willing to invest the time to create something meaningful as they just want to invest and forget.
Ideally my co-owner will have experience with some of the following; coding simple custom plugins or adding to existing ones, configurations, server backends, proxies/hub setups, server administration, community management and also a bonus if you have marketing experience.

In exchange for your skills, knowledge and time i can offer you an ownership position with profit sharing. I don't require monetary investments although if you would like to invest your time and money it can be discussed.
So far i have a domain, logo/icon, vote site banner, professionally built server spawn and most of the server setup and configured which i have done so myself. I have also purchased premium plugins and i currently have an amazing developer creating custom plugins to bring my vision to life. I plan on creating a network of servers but the first focus will be on survival.
