So me and one of my friends are creating a server with a very unique idea relating to "Gangs." (We will give you more information about the server if you really are interested.) We think we have a great idea, we just some financial and building support to make our server a reality. We are looking for a 3rd co-owner that would POSSIBLY pay for 35% of the server costs, and in return get 35% of the server donations. As a co-owner, you would be responsible for handling the community along with the rest of the owners, helping players, being very active, making important decisions for the server and also helping with the development of the server. We are looking for someone who is somewhat experienced in one of the following categories.
Building
Coding
Advertising effectively
Background on me: My name is Tony but people call me Frats online, and I am 15 years old. I have been playing mc for around 1-2 years now, and I have a lot of staff experience on servers such as elitekits.net (was mod+ for around 5 months.) This is going to be 2nd server I have ever started, so I don't have a ton of experience running servers, but I have learned a TON about configs,financial planning, hosting, etc. in the last 2 months from friends.
Here are the requirements:
You must be 13 or older.
You SHOULD be willing to pay for at 35% of the server's cost each month. (You will receive 35% of the server's donations in return)
You must remain active and able to remain active for the foreseeable future.
You must be mature. (This means using good grammer etc.)
You must have a mic and you must be willing to talk to the other owners.
You must have the right attitude towards the servers idea.
You must have a paypal. (A student one is fine, but I don't want anyone paying for the server in csgo skins or anything like that.)
You must have skype and teamspeak.
You must put a smiley face at the end of your application so I know you read through all of the requirements.

P.S: Handling 35% of the servers costs means that you would cover 35% of ALL costs, not just hosting.
