I am currently the owner of a work-in-progress network called NovoMC. We are a growing network which is very professionally built, with a dedicated staff team and owner and with gamemodes and ideas usually not seen. You can explore the current server at play.NovoMC.us, although all which is public so far is the hub and Kingdoms server. Although my reasoning for posting this thread is I am looking for a partner within this network, now I am not looking for someone to FUND me, I will pay for the network all myself, although possibly small payments are appreciated in the future. However the real reason is recently I've joined the development team of Arma 3's Chernarus Redux Mod, which is a massive project with the best of the best modders. In such I cannot work on the MC server as I would like, however I will check in and work myself whenever need/very often at that. And such I will leave this at that. Read below for all info.
So what do I need?
Gotcha, so what I need from you is experience within server development, the ability to work on projects quickly and well not lazily, to actually do stuff, and to be able to communicate/have a mic (Yes we will voice communicate so don't even try if ya don't). Furthermore well you have to be mature, and over the age of 12 is preferred (Im 16) :V.
Alright so what do I get out of this?: You will recieve 40% off all donations, obviously get access to all server details, files, dedicated machine, website, and so on.
